I've been tagged...

Thanks Tanielle for tagging me.. I really am at a loss for blogging lately.. The only thing of significance to write about would be that I put a nice dent in our car.. Yep. It was all based on my own stupidity of course. I didn't swing out far enough trying to park between the fence and garage so the fence post swiped the side. I swear (which I did), I will either find the dumbest snow bank or fence post to dent up our cars.. Sheesh! But anyway, back to the tag. I have to list what I was doing 10 years ago, 5 years ago, 5 months ago, 5 things on my "to do list", 5 snacks that I enjoy, 5 things I would do if suddenly I was a billionaire, 5 places I have lived, 5 things people may not know about me and then 5 people I get to tag! This might take awhile!!

10 YEARS AGO: The year is May of 1998.. 2 years post high-school. Almost turning 20..I just graduated from Dixie College. Didn't go to the graduation though, just got the diploma in the mail. I didn't think it was that big of a deal...it took me 2 1/2 years to get through my classes. I was also thinking about being a nanny or possibly a mission. I was working full-time at Southern Utah Federal Credit Union in Hurricane and St. George. Living with mom and dad still.. And decided I'd do the nanny thing which happened between 1999-2000 for a year in New Jersey.

5 years ago: May of 2003.. I was seven months pregnant with Emily. Moved in with Nate's parent's in West Jordan while he was getting through Police Academy. I was working full-time in the Echo Lab in the Cardiology Unit at LDS Hospital. Just enjoying that last part of being pregnant with extremely swollen ankles or "cankles" rather. My echo techs would love to take images of Emily in the womb, I also loved seeing her on almost a weekly basis thanks to all the techs!

5 months ago: Dec-Jan We had spent Christmas in Hurricane with G&G Duke, I really can't think of much other than the usual...Pre-school, Work for Nate, oh I think I finally weaned Easton around this time..Yahoo!

5 things on my To-Do list: Laundry, Sort through my mail, balance our account, make dinner, entertain kids.. I never have just 5 things on my list..its never ending!

5 snacks that I enjoy: Nibs, Chocolate covered Graham cookies smeared with peanut butter, Peach Yogurt, Any type of chewie fruity candies(skittles, starbursts, etc) And a favorite is popcorn at night!

5 things I'd do if I were a billionaire: Build my dream-house, Buy some horses on some mountain property, travel the world, make sure our parents retire comfortably, hire a maid!

5 places I've lived: Price UT, Kealia Hawaii, Hurricane UT, Maplewood NJ, SLC UT, Stansbury Park UT, and now Tooele UT! I know that's over 5 but its in chronological order..

5 things people might not know about me: 1) I have to sleep with "white noise". We have an alarm clock that does all sorts of noise and my favorite to sleep to is the sound of rain. 2) Nate was NOT my first kiss...3) My career was going to be a Speech Pathologist 4)I've been on the Ricki Lake show (in the audience of course) 5) I took a road trip with friends up to Niagara Falls once while living back east!

5 People I tag: Monica, Tara, Jamie, Mel, and Alysia!

FUN!! It's crazy to go back and think about how long ago some things were when they feel just like yesterday! :o)

Just think about what you'll be able to say in 10 more years!

Thanks for responding to the tag! Even I learned new things about you! Ricki Lake? There must be a story with that one!

Thanks for tagging me! It's been fun reminiscing from back in the day. I dragged out an old scrapbook and everything. Ah, the memories! The coolest thing I learned about you, hands down - RICKI LAKE BABY! The only thing that could top that would be if you had been on the Jerry Springer show. =)

HORSES ON A MOUNTAIN??? I thought after that wrist breaking day on Licorice you'd sworn off horses? By the way, he is the best baby sitter for my 4 year old, takes care of him while I give lessons to other kids! How's that wrist doing anyway?
