Today was the most ideal day for weather!! I was so exhausted of being cooped up indoors to the point of insanity!! Church was somewhat pointless, stated merely for the fact that it was more work than what I got out of it.. I had to sub in Nursery which of course was nothing that I expected. I had Easton literally pinching me in protest to help any other wailing child, or to referee a tug-of-war match with two other disgruntled kids. The snack session was pretty entertaining as the children soaked their cereal bits into their drink and then ate them.. YUM! There were six little kids in there today which made me think of Kate Gosselin... Anyone ventured into their lives through the TV show "Jon & Kate Plus Eight"?? Well it is a chronicled reality show basically of their life with two twin girls aged 8 (I think) and then 6 three year old toddlers... And I can hardly handle my two!! I gain much needed confidence in watching their show.. A must see for any parent.

I thoroughly enjoyed a bike ride today hauling the kids to the playground. Normally on a Sunday I wouldn't take the kids to the park but without Nate here, I needed to take advantage of the weather and "get out".. I LOVE riding my bike!!! It makes me feel like a little kid again and its such a stress reliever. I know it sounds corny but there is nothing like the wind in my hair!!! The kids adore their bike trailer which has been a HUGE investment.

Well, I had to blog, even though I haven't taken any pictures lately to put on.. And I feel very good about myself that I didn't yell at the kids tonight!! Thats probably the first in a good week or so??? AAGH! I've had a mean mommy week!!
Hope you all have a splendid week!!!

I think going to a park on Sunday is perfect! Our church starts at 8:30 so I think I'm going to start a tradition of heading straight to the park after church on Sunday for lunch. I also taught nursery yesterday. Keaton didn't give a crap about me being there though. At least Easton wants to hang out with you:)!
